Shipping insurance can be purchased for $2 per $100 of insured value. All packages are insured for the declared value of the item(s) unless you opt out of insurance.

While damaged or lost packages are rare, we recommend insuring each package in the unlikely event something does happen to your goods. In the event your package is damaged upon delivery or lost, COCBUY can assist you with the claims process.
