What is Cocbuy’s Return & Refund Policy?

While we do our best to ensure your experience is outstanding, we understand that errors occur – and we want to make it right. Please be mindful of the following details about returns and exchange:

All items can be returned for either a refund or for a replacement of the same item or another similar product within 10 days after seller ship it out.Once received package from the seller, we’ll upload product photo to let you view actual picture of your item.

If the seller sent the wrong item or we ordered the wrong item, We should bear the cost of domestic shipping for return.

If you want to return or exchange items for personal reasons, we will contact the seller to discuss such possibility and domestic shipping costs for return will be at your expense.

Refund

If you have credit in your Cocbuy billing account after canceling your payment, you can request a refund via Email [email protected].

We’ll refund your credit as follows:

Credit card or direct debit: If you added credit to your account with a credit card or by direct debit from a bank account, we’ll initiate a refund to that card or bank account. It can take up to four weeks for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Funds transfer: If you added credit by funds transfer from a bank account, you’ll need to give us your bank account details for us to process your refund.
